Coastal Cleanup at Powell’s Cove Park

It is spring cleaning time on the East River! Join us as we clean the polluted coast at Powell’s Cove Park in College Point, and work shoulder to shoulder with like-minded people who want to make things better. We can and will make a difference! Our event is part of the Riverkeeper Sweep, in which volunteers at 100+ locations from Brooklyn to Albany are cleaning our riverbanks together. We’ll be out there even in light rain, but not if it turns to a torrential downpour.
